About the Role
As Paraplanner, you will work directly with experienced advisors to develop and deliver comprehensive financial plans for high-net-worth individuals, executives, professionals, and business owners.
The Planning Team handles:
- Cash flow and retirement income modeling
- Investment and portfolio analysis
- Estate and legacy planning strategies
- Tax-efficient wealth planning
- Business and personal financial strategy integration

What You’ll Do
- Partner with advisors to prepare comprehensive financial plans and client proposals
- Gather, organize, and analyze client financial data
- Create and refine financial plan reports using planning software (including eMoney)
- Participate in client meetings and presentations
- Coordinate with clients’ CPAs and attorneys to gather information
- Support client onboarding and ongoing planning updates
- Contribute to training and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred)
- 1 to 3 years of financial planning or related experience
- Series 7 and 66 securities registrations (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Must be appointed as a Registered Representative with Cetera Wealth Services, LLC within required timeframe
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to become an advanced user of financial planning software (eMoney experience preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment
Candidates must meet background check and fingerprinting requirements and comply with FINRA disclosure requirements, including Form U4 reporting obligations.

Compensation
The expected pay range for this position is $2,725-$3,350 per semi monthly pay period. Compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
